Schumacher Welcome-Day 2024: An unforgettable experience in Phantasialand
Last week, the annual Schumacher get-to-know-you day for our trainees and dual students took place. This special event not only represents a welcome change from everyday work, but also offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen team spirit and make it easier for new trainees and students to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
A day full of adventure and team spirit
Phantasialand, known for its exciting attractions and themed worlds, provided the ideal backdrop for our get-to-know-you day. The participants had the opportunity to experience the diverse rides and shows together, which was not only great fun, but also promoted a sense of community. From fast-paced rollercoaster rides like “Taron” and “Black Mamba” to exciting experiences in the “Mystery Castle” – the day was marked by unforgettable moments. The joint ride on the “Taron” rollercoaster and the visit to the “Chiapas” water attraction in particular provided cause for a lot of laughter and interesting conversations afterwards.
Culinary delights and relaxed exchange
After the numerous adventurous trips and experiences, the group went on to the “Uhrwerk” restaurant, where all participants were treated to culinary delights. The shared meal provided an excellent opportunity to review the impressions so far and to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
A strong team for the future
The introductory day is an essential part of our corporate culture at the Schumacher Group. It allows new trainees and dual students to get to know each other in a relaxed environment and to make initial contacts. This not only helps to strengthen cohesion within the group, but also promotes integration into the company.
A look into the future
It is of great importance to the Schumacher Group to develop a strong and committed workforce. The introductory day is just one of many measures we take to encourage and support our employees. We are proud to be a company that values teamwork and a positive working environment. We thank all participants for their enthusiasm and look forward to the upcoming shared experiences in the next training and study year.
